Everything we get asked about what Vera does, who it is for, and what to expect before launch.
Vera is an IT visibility platform built for small businesses with one to ten staff who self-manage their IT. See every device, track every software subscription, and watch for security gaps from one dashboard.
Vera is for lean, tech-literate business owners who are willing to self-manage and want clear answers about their own technology. Marketing agencies, e-commerce stores, allied health practices, and web design studios. Teams that are comfortable with dashboards, have connected SaaS tools, and do not need an IT department.
Vera is designed for minimal setup. Connect your Microsoft 365 account, and Vera pulls in your devices and users automatically. No API tokens, no command line, no jargon.
Vera connects to the tools you already use to build a single inventory, and you can also add devices and software manually. Today that includes Microsoft 365 for devices and users, with more integrations being added before launch.
Yes. Vera releases with an MCP server, so tools like Claude and ChatGPT can securely query your Vera data and help create reports from your inventory, subscriptions, users, and security context.
Vera is built with security and privacy as core product requirements. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorised systems and personnel, and our practices are designed to align with recognised Australian guidance including the ASD Essential Eight and the Privacy Act 1988. A full Security & Privacy overview will be available before launch.
Vera is in pre-launch. Join the waitlist to get early access and help shape the product before public release.
